HONORS/AWARDS
2007 Scholarship for one week of summer study at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This singular scholarship is funded by the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club of Houston.
2005 Recipient of an Individual Artist Fellowship Grant Award. This grant is funded by the City of Houston through the Houston Arts Alliance. Completed and installed at 5005 Little York, Mounted Patrol Detail's new facility: 36x36 drawing combining visual of Mounted officer and horse in front of City Hall with actual interviews taken from 11 officers regarding their lives in Mounted Patrol.
